Robert finalised the acquisition of eHealthwise Services in January 2014 and assisted our parent company's Tokyo HQ team with the Asia Pacific USD$250m MIMS Group acquisition in 2015. Robert leads the Australasian region on behalf of our parent company, MIMS Australia and its Shareholders, Mitsui & Co Ltd and SMS Co Ltd – both are publicly listed companies on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Robert currently serves as CEO for MIMS Australia and New Zealand and the Executive Director and CEO of eHealthWise Services. He has full responsibility for driving the Company's strategies, P&L and Operations throughout Australia, NZ and ASEAN markets, while working day-to-day with our Board Directors of the MIMS Group, our Investment Team (located in Singapore) and our Executive Management Team (located in our Tokyo office). Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with Majors in International Business, Management and Marketing. He provides the Company with over 25 years of local and international business knowledge from a career covering both Public and Private company management and Board experience.
Holding a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry, Peter has been involved in Healthcare IT for over a decade. Peter has extensive technical knowledge across all aspects of Healthcare IT, particularly electronic billing, claiming and PAS systems. Peter drives the maintenance, development and enhancements of all eHealthWise software platforms and is extensively involved with the Australian Government's Medicare ECLIPSE System and the Company's Medicare Certification. Peter works closely with all Customers of eHealthwise, in addition to our Software Vendor partners who choose to fully integrate our Award winning THELMA claiming solution into their PAS or HIS Systems. Peter is also the technical lead for our New Product Development (NPD) work which is set to scale up our THELMA Health Exchange platform across ASEAN markets and new Health verticals.
Holding a PhD in Biomedical Science, Stuart has been in the Healthcare IT sector for over 10 years, and has a wide ranging domain knowledge of the Health Industry. Stuart leads all Business Development, Customer relationships and works closely with the CEO regarding all Commercial Tenders and negotiation. Stuart's previous experience involved senior roles within the Pharmaceutical sector with companies such as Novartis. He has strong skills and knowledge around the importance of Business Development and Customer retention strategies, in addition to the responsibility of account management across State level Public Health Districts through to Privately owned Healthcare provider locations. Stuart leads all major projects for the Company, which are ready to "go-live" and be promoted to potential customers within the Healthcare market.
